Role of T6SS in Gut Microbiome
We infect adult zebrafish with
T6-active V. cholerae to study how T6SS may change the microbiome structure and affect the host
T6SS-Mediated
Experimental Evolution
We compete two T6-active V. cholerae overtime to see how will they evolve overtime
under T6-killing pressure
T6SS Gene Regulations in Enviormental V. cholerae
T6SS in environmental V. cholerae is regulated differently and the regulation is unclear. Using transposon mutagenesis, we are looking for new T6-regulators that has not been discovered
